(d) "COPYRIGHTED PRODUCT" shall mean the Case Study created and submitted by ASSIGNOR.
Warranty: ASSIGNOR hereby represents and warrants that he/she owns the entire right, title and interest in and to the ASSIGNED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
Assignment: Subject to the terms of this AGREEMENT, All COPYRIGHTED PRODUCTS submitted to the ASSIGNEE become the exclusive property of US Cancer Solutions, LLC.
By submitting a COPYRIGHTED PRODUCT, you hereby irrevocably assign (and agree to assign) to ASSIGNEE, free and clear of any restrictions or encumbrances, all of your rights, title and
interest in and to the COPYRIGHTED PRODUCT submitted. This assignment includes, without limitation, all worldwide copyrights in and to the COPYRIGHTED PRODUCT, and the
right to sue for past and future infringement.
Term: The assignment granted herein shall be perpetual and shall be effective on the date written above.
Indemnification ASSIGNOR shall indemnify and hold the ASSIGNEE harmless from any claims in relation to the ASSIGNED INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
Unless otherwise indicated, the content, licensed materials including intellectual property rights are solely and exclusively owned by US Cancer Solutions, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property and unfair competition laws.
By indicating that you accept these terms, you do not become the owner of the licensed materials, but are entitled to use them according to the terms of this agreement.
You may use content available through the Services for you own personal, non-commercial, informational or educational use in accordance with copyright and other applicable laws.

Any use of Marks in connection with the sale, offering for sale, distribution, or advertising of any goods or services, which is likely to cause confusion, to cause mistake, or to deceive, is strictly prohibited. US Cancer Solution, LLC retains all goodwill and intellectual property rights in such Marks. Each approved use of the Marks shall require the independent written approval of US Cancer Solutions,LLC.
You are expressly prohibited from copying, reverse engineering, or modifying any or all of the licensed materials. No part of the licensed materials may be copied for resale or other commercial use or offered for sale or reproduced on any bulletin boards, web sites, discussion forums, Internet domains, Internet chats or any other online platforms. Sharing login information for the Services is prohibited.
Restrictions Against Transfer
You are not allowed to sublicense, assign, share, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your right to use the licensed materials. All accounts at this Site are monitored for multiple logins. In the event that US Cancer Solution, LLC believes, at its sole discretion, that an account is being used by multiple users, we reserve the right to terminate that account without any notice or refund.
